AMHR Company appoints Khalid Al-Omoor as Head of HR
Arabian Machinery & Heavy Equipment Company has appointed Khalid A. Al-Omoor as the Head of Human Resources.
The appointment is effective from August 2024, however, Khalid recently shared the news on LinkedIn: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at Arabian Machinery & Heavy Equipment Co.!”
In his new role, Khalid brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across leading sectors in Saudi Arabia. Prior to his appointment, he served as Group HR Director at Al Othman Holding Company. Previously, he worked as Group HR Manager at ATCO Group, HR Director at RAR Al Rashed & Sons Group, and HR Manager at Saipem Taqa Al-Rushaid Fabricators. He also gained experience early in his career at KMC Holdings, Kaar Technologies, Global Suhaimi Group, Origin SoftTech Co., and Atos Middle East.
On the academic front, Khalid holds an MSc in Engineering and Industrial Management from George Washington University and a BSc in MIS from Ahlia University. He also holds several certifications, including Oracle HR, Web Methods, Quality Auditing, Emotional Intelligence, and Economy and Sustainability.
