Azizi Developments appoints Matt Cooper-Bradfield as CHRO

Azizi Developments, a leading real estate developer in Dubai, has appointed Matt Cooper-Bradfield as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Matt posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Azizi Developments!” and also shared a brief overview of his new responsibilities, stating, “Here in the Azizi Developments HR Team, we are delivering organisations that win in the marketplace. We focus consistently on our key people capability and organisational capability outcomes: efficient organisations with optimum performance; engaged employees who give discretionary effort; great talent attracted and retained; and targeted training to enhance people capability.”
In his new role, Matt brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across prominent organisations in both the private and public sectors. He most recently served as CHRO at Ghassan Aboud Group and as a member of Jashanmal National Company’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee, as well as Chairman of NCC Group Middle East’s Compensation & Benefits Committee.
In previous roles, Matt worked with Mazrui International as Group Director of Human Resources, The Kanoo Group as Head of HR for UAE and Oman, dnata International (Emirates Group) as Head of HR, and Emirates as Policy, Compensation, and Benefits Officer. He also served in the Royal Air Force - UK as Head of the Employee Services Centre and held other key roles for nearly 15 years.

On the academic front, Matt holds an MA in Leadership, Management, and International Relations and has completed an Advanced Command and Staff Course from King's College London. He is also a certified CIPD practitioner and a Chartered Manager as certified by the Chartered Management Institute.
