Compass Project Consulting, a leading construction firm in Dubai, has announced the appointment of Nassib Al-Sibassi as the new Managing Director for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with immediate effect.

In his new role, Nassib brings over three decades of leadership experience across the civil engineering and consulting sectors. He most recently served as Country Director for Atkins Acuity in Saudi Arabia. He will lead the company's strategic growth, oversee its client and project portfolio, and spearhead growth ambitions across KSA.

In his previous roles, Nassib worked for Atkins across the UK, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi in leading roles. He began his engineering and consulting career with Buchanan Consulting Engineers, The MVA Consultancy, and Halcrow Fox.

On the academic front, Nassib holds an MSc degree in Highways and Transportation from City University, London, and a BSc degree in Civil Engineering from Beirut Arab University.
