Deutsche Bank’s Shorouk Habib Al Redha joins Aldar Education Group as Chief People & Culture Officer

Aldar Education Group, a leading education group in Abu Dhabi, has appointed Shorouk Habib Al Redha as the Chief People and Culture Officer, effective March 2024.
In her new role, Shorouk brings over 15 years of experience across the BFSI, real estate, and business consulting industries. Most recently, she held the position of Regional Human Resources Director for Deutsche Bank across the Middle East and North Africa region. Prior to that, she worked with the Commercial Bank of Dubai as the Head of Human Resources, with Spencer Stuart as an HR Consultant, and with HSBC Bank as the Senior Manager of Human Resources, overseeing talent and HR operations across Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Iran, and Pakistan. She also worked with Emaar Properties, Dubai Petroleum, and Mars Effem at the beginning of her career.
With her core competencies in recruitment, talent management, learning and development, engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, diversity, pay and rewards, Shorouk will be responsible for leading Aldar’s talent and culture transformation. On the academic front, Shorouk holds a BA (Hons.) degree in Social Policy and Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Hull in England.
