
Dulsco Group appoints Paul Marson as Group Chief Financial Officer
Regional HR and talent solutions leader Dulsco Group has appointed Paul Marson as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.
In his new role, Marson brings over two decades of finance leadership experience across diverse sectors. He will lead the group’s financial strategy, driving governance excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across its ventures. “As Group CFO, Paul will oversee the financial strategy across all of Dulsco Group’s business verticals, including Dulsco People, Dulsco Environment, Parisima Talent, and Advance Global Recruitment,” the company shared.
Most recently, Marson worked with Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) as Executive Director of Finance for over a year. Before that, he served Majid Al Futtaim as Head of Finance, Emirates Group as CFO for dnata, and GSK as Head of Finance for its consumer healthcare Middle East business.

On the academic front, Marson has completed an Executive Leadership and Business Management program from INSEAD, a Global Business Consortium International Business program from London Business School, and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Loughborough University. He is also a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and serves Jumeirah English Speaking School as a Non-Executive Director.
Recently, the Group has also appointed Antony Marke as CEO of Dulsco People and Fara Siddiqi as Group CHRO.
