
Hissatech appoints Abdullah Al-Sulaiman as CEO
HissaTech, a property and financial tech startup, has announced the appointment of Abdullah Al-Sulaiman as its Chief Executive Officer, effective early this year.
Abdullah also shared the news on LinkedIn, saying, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Executive Officer at HissaTech!”
In his new role, Abdullah brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the finance sector in Saudi Arabia. He will be overseeing and leading strategic digital innovation to enhance the investor experience, forming and strengthening partnerships with both government and private sector players, and building a culture that emphasizes performance, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. All these efforts are aligned to scale up operations and ensure sustainable growth for the company.
Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at The Institute of Internal Auditors Saudi Arabia for nearly five years. Prior to that, he worked at the financial services firm Cash Solutions as the Finance Manager, at Bank Albilad as the Finance Payment Specialist, and at Siemens as the Assistant Accountant.

On the academic front, Abdullah holds an MBA in Finance from the Stetson School of Business and Economics, Mercer University, and a BBA in Accounting from King Saud University.
Abdullah brings core competencies in finance and accounting, team leadership, and data analysis, and is ready to lead the startup to the next level of growth and expansion.
HissaTech was co-founded by Ali Alshareef last year and serves as a digital platform that enables individuals to co-own real estate properties, allowing investors to earn rental income and benefit from potential capital gains. In September 2024, HissaTech secured around SAR 2.5 million in a pre-seed funding round led by angel investors to spearhead expansion across Saudi Arabia.
