SEVEN appoints Shaimaa Alnufaily as Director of Talent Acquisition

Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), PIF’s investment firm, has announced the appointment of Shaimaa Alnufaily as Director of Talent Acquisition, with immediate effect.
In her new role, Shaimaa brings nearly 15 years of HR leadership experience across the retail, IT solutions, education, and business consulting sectors. Before her appointment, she served at Alshaya Group for over 10 years, most recently holding the position of Head of Talent Acquisition. In her previous roles, she worked with Elm Company, Rowad Al Khaleej Int’l Schools, and TAFE Arabia.
On the academic front, Shaimaa holds a bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Workforce Development and Training from the University of New England, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from TAFE Australia. Her core competencies include performance management, recruitment, HR development, organisational development, career counselling, HRIS, employee relations, strategic HR, talent management, and appraisal.

Announcing her new role to the LinkedIn community, Shaimaa posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director of Talent Acquisition at Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN!”
In previous weeks, she also shared her exit news, stating, “After more than 10 years, it's time for me to submit my farewell to all stakeholders, my team, and my amazing leaders in Alshaya Group. I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the entire Alshaya family. Working there has been an unforgettable journey filled with growth, learning, and lovely memories. Alshaya wasn’t just a workplace for me; it’s been a second home where I have been valued and developed during my journey.
