Veremark, a UK-based HR Tech solutions company, has appointed Dipesh Arora as the Director for the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT) region.

In his new role, Dipesh brings around 20 years of leadership experience across the HR Tech, IT, and Consulting industry. He took over the responsibilities in April 2024 and will work directly with Daniel Callaghan, Chief Executive Officer of Veremark. 

Before joining Veremark, Dipesh served as the Director of the MENAT region at Certn, held a similar role at First Advantage, and was the Manager for the Middle East region at Iron Mountain. He also worked with Teleperformance, Tech Mahindra, and Wipro in India at the beginning of his career.

On the academic front, Dipesh holds an MBA in International Business from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and an executive program in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies and International Business from Harvard University.
