Remat Al-Riyadh Development Co. appoints Abdulgader AlAmoudi as Chief People & Shared Services Officer
Remat Al-Riyadh Development Company, a development subsidiary of Riyadh Municipality, has appointed Abdulgader AlAmoudi as Chief People and Shared Services Officer.
AlAmoudi’s appointment is effective as of September 2024; however, he announced it on LinkedIn two days ago, posting, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief People and Shared Services Officer at Remat Al-Riyadh Development Co.!”
In his new role, AlAmoudi brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across the engineering, manufacturing, retail, and logistics sectors of Saudi Arabia. Most recently, he worked with a confidential organization in Riyadh as the Chief Human Resources Officer for nearly two years. He also serves as a member of the Ittihad Club Company Board and its Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Previously, AlAmoudi held roles such as CHRO at Savola Group’s Panda Retail Company, HR Director at Kuehne + Nagel, Group Director of HR & Corporate Affairs at Samsung Electronics - KSA, and HR & Admin Manager at Sunbulah Group. He began his HR career with Procter & Gamble in Jeddah, following engineering and project management roles at Siemens and Saudi Electricity Company.
Academically, AlAmoudi holds an executive MBA degree from King AbdulAziz University and a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. Additionally, he possesses key certifications in HR transformation, HR business partnering, HR in the on-demand economy, and organizational design.
