Talent Fourth Generation (TFG) Group has launched the first and largest talent marketplace in the Middle East and North Africa region offering solutions for talent needs.
Dr. Allen Baby will lead TFG as the Chief Executive Officer, bringing his expertise in talent strategy to the role. A former Chief Learning Officer at the Emirates Institute of Finance, he is known for developing a Middle East-specific skills framework at the University of Cambridge and for his success in national upskilling programmes. He emphasises the importance of a talent-first approach, stating, “As disruption accelerates, organisations must focus on talent to stay competitive. Our marketplace provides a holistic solution that addresses the skills gap and empowers companies to build sustainable strategies for long-term success.”
TFG aims to address the critical talent strategy gap highlighted by the World Economic Forum, which predicts that 44 per cent of skills will evolve in the coming years, and 45 per cent of CEOs expect disruptions to their business models within the next decade. To help organisations stay ahead, the platform provides a comprehensive ecosystem of innovative talent solutions, empowering them to adapt their strategies and avoid falling behind.

With an internal talent marketplace, TFG also streamlines skill-based redeployment, helping companies optimise their workforce and stay competitive in a rapidly changing digital landscape,” the company noted.
