Suhaila Al-Sadeq joins Gulf Air Group as the new Chief People Officer

Gulf Air Group has announced the appointment of Suhaila Al-Sadeq as the new Chief People Officer, effective May 2024.
Suhaila brings over a decade of HR expertise to her new role, encompassing strategic HR, talent acquisition, retention, employee relations, and more. She will spearhead the group’s talent attraction and retention strategies, as well as bolstering its presence in the aviation industry. Additionally, she will be responsible for nurturing leadership, improving productivity, and optimising efficiency within the group’s subsidiaries through a strategic people management approach.
Before her appointment, Suhaila worked with Foulath Group, overseeing operations of the subsidiaries including Bahrain Steel and SULB as the HR Manager since 2010. She played a pivotal role in the transformation of its HR function from an administrative role to a more strategic one, aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives. With her dedication and results-driven approach, she created a work culture where employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated.
