Singapore-based recruitment platform – X0PA AI has announced expansion in the Middle East region with its regional headquarters in Dubai. 

With the expansion, the company aims to bring its AI Verify-endorsed HRTech Talent Intelligence platform along with its comprehensive AI-native recruitment ecosystem to the region’s market. 

The strategic expansion will be spearheaded by the company’s Founder and CEO, Nina Alag Suri. She will be signaling “X0PA AI's long-term commitment to the Middle East following successful implementations across Singapore's government agencies, academic institutions, and enterprise clients,” the company said.

The recruitment platform with its AI capabilities manages the entire hiring lifecycle, with applicant tracking systems, predictive analytics, bias-free screening and automated candidate profile match. “It allows access to over 250 million candidate profiles globally and uses machine learning to assess candidates based on skills, performance potential, and cultural fit rather than demographic characteristics,” the company shared. 

“It forecasts candidate stability and performance, enabling recruiters and organizations to make data-driven hiring decisions while reducing time-to-hire by up to 50% and cutting recruitment costs by up to 30%,” it added. 

Through the expansion, X0PA AI also aims to fulfill UAE national workforce objectives. “As the UAE implements Emiratization requirements, mandating companies with 50+ employees to achieve 2% annual increases in Emirati workforce participation, reaching 10% by 2026, X0PA AI’s skills-based matching capabilities support compliance while ensuring merit-based selection,” it said.

The bias-free algorithms offered by the platform's helps employers identify qualified Emirati candidates from a wider talent pool, moving beyond traditional screening methods that may overlook suitable candidates. “It also offers real-time reporting capabilities to track Emiratization progress while maintaining hiring quality standards, beyond compliance to address broader workforce challenges including skills shortages, retention issues, and predictive hiring analytics in competitive talent markets.”
