Abdullah Saad Group appoints Dr Ramy Mohamed as CHRO

Abdullah Saad Group, Egypt’s leading retail group, has appointed Dr. Ramy Mohamed as the Chief Human Resources Officer, effective October 2024.
Announcing his new role, Dr. Ramy shared on LinkedIn: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer I DBA Holder at ASG - Abdullah Saad Group!”
In his new role, Dr. Ramy brings over 17 years of HR experience across Egypt's FMCG sector. He joined ASG in 2021 as the Human Resources Director, leading the group’s HR initiatives for the last three years. Prior to joining the group, he worked with Frosty Foods as the HR Manager, and with Coca-Cola Egypt for over 13 years in key roles, including HR Manager and Senior HR Specialist.

On the academic front, Dr. Ramy holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Helwan University Cairo, an MBA degree, a Diploma in HR Development from Alexandria University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cairo University. He brings extensive experience in HR management, strategic HR, leadership development, HR policies, global HR management, employee engagement, performance management, and business strategy and development.
